Seminar: Launch of the KU Leuven Digital Society Institute (DigiSoc)

On Tuesday 26 October 2021 the KU Leuven Digital Society Institute (DigiSoc) will hold their official launch event. DigiSoc’s mission is to define a solid path towards a positive digital future by understanding, designing, developing and critically reflecting on (new) interactions between people and digitally driven technology. DigiSoc aims to support and encourage excellent research and education as well as create impact on real-life applications and for diverse stakeholder groups. Its envisioned outcome is an inclusive digital society based on responsible, ethical and sustainable (use of) technologies. 

The launch will be a hybrid event taking place from 16:00 – 19:00 CET both on location at the Thermotechnisch Instituut in Heverlee (Leuven, Belgium) and online
